Supportive Techniques to Strengthen Your Body
Our live event for the month of January will be hosted on Thursday, January 27th at 5 PM (Mountain Time). We will finish our series on getting stronger in environments where you can thrive. We will discuss how supportive techniques can be utilized to work your body through movement patterns. These techniques are helpful if getting up off the floor isn’t possible or there’s a safety concern when exercising in standing without support.
