The BFR Guided Training program uses an innovative training methodology that is rooted in Japan. Dr. Yoshiaki Sato conceived the idea of “kaatsu training" or 'training with added pressure' in the 1960s.
The system involves exercising with reduced blood flow to the muscles in a process known as Blood Flow Restriction (BFR).
